    Talent Attraction & Acquisition Operations Manager

    Role Purpose And Accountabilities
    Responsible for supporting the Region/ Cluster /Country Recruiting Leader in managing the operational aspects of recruiting that remain in the recruiting function and are not transitioned to TSS. Responsible for reporting, monitoring key metrics, holding recruiters accountable for their metrics and managing compliance with global processes and systems. This role may operate at a Region or Cluster /Country level and may also be merged with other Recruiting responsibilities. Support Recruiting Leader in development and performance management of the team. Manage supplier relations and relationships with TSS (where applicable) and HR Systems. Manage service delivery quality and monitor progress against KPIs. Works closely with Lead recruiters at the Region / Cluster /Country level to align on strategy and execution. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors. Networks with Global, Area and Region to share information and develop leading practice approaches.

    Interactions: RRL, Country /Cluster Recruiting Leads, TSS, Country HRE, External Vendors, Business Leaders

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Budgeting and forecasting
    • Support Region / Cluster /Country Recruiting Leader in gathering recruitment requirements and forecasts (with the business)
    • Understand market conditions (with the business)
    • Understand business growth targets to support Region Recruiting Leader in developing the strategy for campus / experienced hire / executive* hire recruiting
    • Support Recruiting Leader in determining campus, experienced hire and executive* recruitment team budget and spend
    • Manage (review and monitor) campus and experienced hire budget and spend
    • Manage (review and monitor) budget, spend and ROI for recruitment marketing/ brand/ communications
    • Reporting and measures
    • Manage KPI measurements and targets for delivery; review progress against key metrics (e.g. cost per hire, agency costs etc.)
    • Manage and deliver all management information (both quantitative and qualitative) that is required for effective operational and strategic decision making
    • Accountable for meeting all reporting requirements (working with TSS where relevant)
    • Ensure maintenance of service delivery quality levels from TSS and others and monitor performance against their KPIs, SLA
    • Client, HR SSC and supplier management
    • Communicate with and provide timely updates to key stakeholders within the business on a regular basis
    • Manage key stakeholder relationships i.e. COOs/SLLs/Functional Leaders
    • Manage all external vendor and 3rd party supplier agreements, to include working with procurement on commercial reviews
    • Manage commercial relationships with local suppliers/vendors (e.g. search firms, marketing agencies, research, etc.)
    • Represent the Recruiting function on behalf of the Recruiting Leader; manage the HRS and TSS relationships and act as the primary recruiting point of contact
    • Receive feedback from the business on recruitment service quality (coordinating with HR Enablement Leader as appropriate) and identify areas of improvement
    • Team management
    • Manage headcount planning for the recruiting function across the region / cluster /country, proactively assessing changes in recruitment need over the year; manage team size, work allocations, portfolio allocation
    • Work with Region /Cluster /Country Recruiting Leader to understand the capability within the recruiting team and manage ongoing training and development
    • Support Region / Cluster /Country Recruiting Leader in performance management and hold the team accountable to individual and team metrics
    • Continuous improvement
    • Support Region /Cluster /Country Recruiting Leader in deploying assessment training for interviewers and assessors
    • Execute continuous improvement and change management projects relating to recruiting, as and when required
    • Ensure compliance and alignment to global processes and systems

    • Strong knowledge of and experience in recruiting in professional services or corporate environment
    • Working in international and diverse environments
    • Prior experience of working in an operations role preferred
