Talent Management Practitioner (Northern Suburbs (Cape) at PEP

Purpose of the job

• To provide talent acquisition services to Pep Central Office. To support the senior practitioners in delivering talent acquisition initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and deliver the full end to end recruitment process
• Administer online recruitment platforms
• Assisting with career fairs
• Assist in managing the administration of the online assessment for candidates
• Maintain good recruitment administration and reporting on recruitment
• Supports and collaborates with Talent Management Manager and Senior Talent Management Practitioners.

Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

• 4 Year Tertiary qualification/ Honours  
• Registration as Psychometrist will be an advantage
• 3 Years of recruitment experience is essential 
• Experience recruitment platforms advantageous
• Experience in bulk recruitment will be advantageous
• Strong administration skills
• Google suite, and working with an applicant tracking system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A good understanding of South African labour legislation
• Sound judgement and emotional maturity
