Tanker Driver at Tiger Brands

THE JOB AT A GLANCE:

• To safely transport bulk wheat from the Silo to the Mill
• Load bulk wheat at the Silo and transport it to Bellville Milling
• Off-load wheat at Bellville Milling,
• Back up driver for Distribution,
• Do vehicle checks,
• Report all non-conformances pertaining to the vehicle and the flour,
• Report all accidents, damage and malfunctions involving company equipment to management,
• Inspect the truck for defects and safe operating condition before, during and after trips.
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships,
• Complete basic maintenance, such as minor repairs, to keep vehicle neat and running properly

RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

Key Attributes and Competencies

Experience Industry

• +3 years’ experience as a Code 14 driver
• Working at heights experience but not essential, as training is provided,
• Experience in off-loading wheat is advantageous
