Key Performance Areas:

• Data Processing, Capturing and Managing of processes
• Submission of supporting documents via Efiling
• Following up of refunds and other queries from SARS
• Tax and other business registrations
• Handling, sorting, coding and distribution of incoming tax mail
• Support to co-workers in tax division
• Liaising with SARS
• Managing work-in-progress and issuing of invoices
• Other related tax administration
• Secretarial assistance
• Updating of Greatsoft tax system

Qualification / Education:

• Minimum Matric with Maths / Accounting

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years tax administration experience will be beneficial

• Computer Literate
• Accurate and organised
• Figure -orientated
• Good communication and human relation skills
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Fully bilingual (Afr & Eng)
