The Recruiting Assistant Manager is responsible for recruiting qualified candidates to fill experienced hire positions in designated EY Tax practice subservice lines:
This position may also have responsibility for the identification of talent and converting prospects into active candidates in order to fill experienced hire position for the firm.
The Recruiting Assistant Manager will recruit for positions at all levels excluding Partner, Principal, Executive Director and Director (PPEDD) positions. This position works with business leaders, Human Resources (HR), recruiting leaders and hiring managers to execute on workforce and hiring plans. The Recruiting Assistant Manager has responsibility for assessing candidate profiles and managing candidates through the interview process, negotiates and closes offer acceptances.
This position receives general supervision and can work effectively with little supervision on a daily basis; requests assistance from Recruiting Leader on more complex issues.
