Team Leader at Cape Herb & Spice

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of mixing department staff
• Operating mixing equipment and produce product blends
• Accurately recording production data, material usage, traceability, food safety and quality information daily
• Ensuring upkeep of housekeeping within department
• Adhering to HSE standards and procedures
• Adherence to BRC and food safety enforcement and implementation

Requirements:

• Matric or matric equivalent
• Ability to use computer to access information on company’s network as well as using Microsoft Outlook
• Good timekeeping and attendance record
• Ability to earn the respect of and lead their team
• Attention to detail when performing mixing related tasks
• Ability to multi-task
• Good time management
• Ability work independently and take initiative
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
