Team leader - client and operations 

The candidate for this position must have a proven trach record of managing and coaching a team. The individual needs to understand operational efficiency and continuously deliver, analyse and improve on exisiting processes. The client is in the Fintech space. Knowledge of FICA act is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor client support team
• Liaise with internal stakeholders
• Ensure smooth running of the support team and ensure that SLA's are met and maintained
• Quality control
• Handle all support escalations
• Recruit, train and performance manage support team
• Reports for EXCO

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 years operations and client experience
• Bachelors degree
• Coding and technical support experience
• Experience and working knowledge of systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
