Team Leader Company & CC Liquidation & Deregistration (JG P10) at Companies & Intellectual Property Commission

Key performance areas:

• To review, make input into and implement approved guidelines, operating policies and procedures and set norms and standards relating to the receipt and processing of company and close corporation liquidations and deregistrations (specifically voluntary deregistrations);
• To perform certain tasks and manage operational performance to ensure that service delivery standards are met and exceeded;
• To investigate and resolve customer complaints relating to service delivery;
• To build and manage a strong team, recognizing performance and ensure adhere to all relevant human resource policies;
• To identify and escalate potential fraud and other risks and suggest mitigating interventions;
• Participate in projects and initiatives and undertake local and international benchmarking;
• To ensure data improvement, data control and data quality within and relating to company and close corporation liquidations and deregistrations.

Requirements

Required minimum education:

• LLB

Required minimum work experience:

• 3-5 years knowledge of and or experience in the administration of company or close corporation
• Legislation will be an added advantage.
