As a Finance Business Partner Team Lead, we’ll rely on you to lead a team of finance professionals, partner closely with senior leaders, and turn complex financial information into clear, actionable insight that shapes strategy and outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, creating a high‑performance, accountable environment.
Partner with executives and senior leaders to support strategy, planning, and decision‑making across multiple portfolios.
Translate business drivers into meaningful financial insight that influences direction and outcomes.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting and performance management cycles.
Guide complex financial modelling, scenario analysis and strategic investment evaluation.
Ensure strong financial governance, quality reporting and disciplined delivery against business plans.
Drive continuous improvement in how finance partners with the business.

What We’re Looking For
Professional designation is mandatory (CA(SA), CIMA or equivalent).
Honours degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
5–7+ years’ experience in finance, including substantial business partnering or financial planning and analysis experience.
At least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role, leading or supervising finance professionals.
Proven track record of partnering with senior management and delivering insights at executive level.
Experience managing multiple portfolios or complex financial planning processes.
Strong exposure to strategic planning, budget cycles and executive‑level financial reporting.
Experience with scenario analysis, contract modelling or strategic investment evaluation.
Comfortable operating in a high‑performance environment with accountability for delivery against business objectives.
