PURPOSE

• This position exists to oversee the execution of the deposition plan by planning activities, organizing resources, delegating task responsibilities, leading people and controlling risks and deviations to ensure the successful achievement of the deposition plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take responsible of all tools issued to the team.
• Supervise and coordinate the team.
• Liaise with supervisor regarding the work plan.
• Inspect the designated area of responsibility on a daily basis.
• Understand and keep track of client needs.
• Ensure and record time and attendance.
• Ensure discipline.
• Ensure the team is issued with PPE and they wear it correctly.
• Make sure team meets production targets.
• Must be able to communicate in English and write it.

Requirements
QUALIFICATION

• Grade 12
• Skills Program in Slimes Reclamation or Tailings Dam Operation

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years' experience as a general worker in tailings.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Must be responsible and accountable.
• Must be medically fit.
