Team Leader: PLH - Mbombela at TWK Agri

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and manage the PLH (Personal Lines Hub) team to achieve department goals
• Ensure excellent client service and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Monitor performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
• Ensure compliance with relevant insurance laws, regulations, and company policies
• Manage workflows, allocate tasks, and maintain operational efficiency
• Conduct regular team meetings and ensure clear communication of objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities for the team

Qualifications and Skills:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant degree / diploma
• 3-5 years’ experience in the Insurance services industry
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, processes and regulations
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
