Team Leader Production UG at Sibanye-Stillwater

Minimum Required Qualification:

• Level 1: Grade 9 Certificate GET Education, Training and Development

The Appointee should:

• Pass Dover test assessment.
• Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Clear security screening record.

Advantageous Qualifications:

• NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults)
• Relevant experience in a relevant environment would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• SHE Ensure that employees work in a safe and productive environment. Participate in required SHE meetings. Report any safety related issue. Production Follow work instructions to set standards and procedures. Ensure tasks are completed to required quality standards. Coordinate the allocation of protective equipment, operational equipment, tools, etc. Administration Communicate core job instructions to employees. Support the induction of new employees into team. Coordinate training for employees on specific areas. Coordinate labour schedule.
• Comply with requirements of the Quality Management System.
