    Minimum Required Qualification:

    Manager Metallurgy

    The Appointee should:

    • B.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Eng, B-Tech Engineering or NQF 8 (Post graduate Diploma / Honours Degree / Professional Qualification Degree) in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or relevant field

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development of the strategic mine plans and strategy. Develop, implement and monitor engineering maintenance, risk and operational strategies and plans. Support Asset Management specific standards, specifications and procedures. Provide support in defining and implementing an engineering strategy at a large, complex operation, aligned with the operational and corporate strategy. Identify, implement and manage policies, practices, systems and technologies. Support and implement the Asset Management Strategy and Improvement Plans, adhering to the Sibanye-Stillwater Asset Management Framework.
