    Transformation Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:
    Strategic Planning

    • Develop and maintain the B-BBEE strategy in collaboration with the Leadership Team.
    • Set annual and long-term B-BBEE goals that are realistic and achievable, ensuring they align with broader business objectives.
    • Present the agreed goals to the Leadership Team for alignment and sign-off
    • Develop and maintain the budget allocated to transformation activities on a annual bases.

    Learning & Development Management
    Work with HR on the Learnership Program:

    • Identify suitable training suppliers.
    • Ensure timely recruitment of candidates.
    • Capture learnership details accurately.
    • Collaborate across departments to administer the program effectively.

    Audit & Compliance

    • Compile, coordinate, and administer all B-BBEE documentation for internal and annual external verification audits.
    • Engage with appointed B-BBEE verification agencies to ensure timely and successful audits.
    • Liaise with consultants when required.
    • Maintain legislative compliance with Department of Employment & Labor, DTI, B-BBEE Commission, and relevant committees

    Reporting & Monitoring

    • Track and monitor B-BBEE performance monthly across all scorecard elements.
    • Proactively identify elements requiring intervention

    Qualifications:

    • In-depth knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, codes of good practice, and industry charters.
    • Strong project management and organisational skills.
    • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Exceptional analytical and report-writing abilities.
    • Experience in audit preparation and process management.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    GSF FS&I Snr Mgr

    • The GS FS&I Senior Manager supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects.
    • The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support GS Finance to execute FS&I projects according to the project strategy and milestones
    • Partner effectively with key stakeholders across different functions, including external consulting companies involved on FS&I projects
    • Responsible for communication of project status to all project stakeholders and senior leadership. Communication includes project meeting minutes, monthly updates and any status or project detail information needed
    • Lead, support and engage the GS FS&I team members, providing valuable feedback and guidance
    • Lead the review and analysis of the P&L and Balance Sheet related to the divested or acquired business
    • Ensure accuracy on carve-in/out process to support the preparation of “stand alone company” financial statements
    • Ensure effective change and risk management of project plans
    • Drive accountability to ensure delivering project specific financial commitments, key milestones and outcomes

    Qualifications:
    Education:

    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
    • Advanced degree or professional certifications such as MBA/Master’s, CMA, CPA, etc. is preferred.

    Required:

    • A minimum of 7+ years of finance, accounting, credit & collection, finance compliance or related business experience is required
    • Prior supervisory experience with passion for people management/talent development is required.
    • Expertise on accounting, credit & collections, finance compliance process/cycles knowledge
    • Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel / Power Point
    • Advanced level of written and oral English
    • Strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, dealing with ambiguity, process-oriented mindset is required

    Preferred:

    • Experience either managing or participating in a complex global project is preferred.
    • Knowledge and application of technical accounting and financial compliance is preferred.

    Other:

    • Strong communication with superior presentation/framing skills with ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships & influence at all levels, operate with a high degree of independence and have the proven ability to lead, plan, prioritize and collaborate in a highly matrixed environment is required.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams
    • Ability to connect, build trust and influence in a global and virtual environment
