    Electrician Assistant - Bulk Sanitation

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 or N3 in Electrical Engineering (H/C).
    • N6 in Electrical Engineering (H/C) will be advantages.
    • Knowledge of Electrical tools and equipment.
    • Ability to do minor electrical repairs.
    • Knowledge of OSHA and safe working procedures

    Primary Duties

    • Carrying of hand tools.
    • To clean up motor control circuit (MCC) rooms and work areas when job is completed.
    • Assist in electric motor testing and cable joint.
    • Conduct plants and pump station electrical inspections and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
    • Assist on ensuring that health and safety adhere to it.

    Minimum Requirements

    Compensation Analyst

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Administration Degree or equivalent (NQF 7).
    • WorldatWork qualification (GRP) may be incomplete and in progress.
    • Minimum 3 years in compensation analysis or HR analytics.

    Experience:

    • 1 -2 years’ experience in the compensation environment.

    Primary Duties

    • To provide technical specialist support to the department related to compensation specific initiatives:

    • Analyse remuneration data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
    • To capture employee information on SAP in line with payroll requirements.
    • To ensure adequate information is available at all times for the Compensation department.
    • To handle queries form the business and filter them accordingly with the department.
    • Environmental scanning and monitoring of relevant salary and benefit trends.
    • Monthly monitoring of salary levels vs pay scales, within and across similar job types.
    • Proactively advise management.
    • Ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices aligned with organisational objectives.

    Millwright - Bulk Sanitation

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Qualified Millwright with Trade Test Certificate
