    Technical Account Manager

    TAM Responsibilities

    • Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational support to all internal and external customers
    • Process and track high volume of product submissions and requests coming from sellers
    • Evaluate and assist sellers to sell/list their products, including policy evaluation and usability review to ensure quality experience for buyers
    • Review feedback, investigate possible product issues, and work with different parties to fix them
    • Improve and maintain catalogue quality by having attention to detail and hold a high quality bar
    • Assist with the definition and design of improvements to tools and standard operating procedures for the MCO team or sellers
    • Find process gaps, collect data, propose solutions, and work with engineers, program managers, and management to improve the customer experience
    • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently
    • Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively help team members to meet and exceed team goals

    Basic Qualifications

    • Tertiary qualification in IT/Engineering or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years of proven experience in a customer focus position as a customer success manager, technical account manager, support engineer
    • Experience with Customer Relationship or Case Management software
    • Experience with operating systems such as Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of cloud computing, AWS and software industry
    • Scripting skills in one of the following: Python, Javascript
    • Experience with AWS services, EC2, S3, Lambda, Docker, Linux or windows server
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment
    • Demonstrate creative and analytical problem-solving skills
    • Be able to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders, confidently present ideas and proposals in spoken or written format
    • Be able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities
    • Be able to deliver results independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Demonstrate taking initiative and ownership in previous roles
