1st Position- Credit Card Issuing – Tech Specialist

Technical Specialist (8-10 years exp) / Senior Technical Specialist (10-12 years exp)

Experience in Cards development and implementation using Industry Standard/Custom cards platforms, working with leading Banks / Processors

Skills

• Experience in Cards Issuing and Customer Life Cycle Management covering – business strategies, pricing & compliance management, onboarding, cards production and transaction processing, customer communication, collection management, Loyalty, and cardholder servicing
• Good communication and analytical skills combined with prior experience in business analysis, issuing systems implementation and domain consulting
• Understanding of source control & deployment and productivity/Quality tools & methods
• Exposure to different technologies – Java, PL/SQL, Unix scripting
• Good to have Experience in any of the Credit Card Processing Platforms – PowerCARD, PRIME, VisionPlus

Responsibility

• Work closely with Business & Technology Teams to define the migration strategy
• Product deployment and configuration
• Support Mock Runs & Dress Rehearsals
• Support Scheme Certification for VISA, MasterCard, AMEX & UPI
• Setup batch scheduler & integration configuration to interface will surround applications.
• Lead and mentor the technical team to ensure the strong governance during development life cycle to increase quality, productivity, and maturity
• Support in SIT, UAT and Implementation activities
