Job description
Administration and reporting of customer complaints, including distribution of complaints and samples, investigation, feedback and trending. Liaise with suppliers for close out.
FPI (Specification system)
Reports for the Technical team (including Supplier KPI and Good Business Journey)
Preparation of food samples for quality control and tasting sessions. Assist with product tasting and compile feedback. (Able to handle, prepare non-halaal and non-kosher products).
Submission of samples, co-ordination of laboratory testing between the department and the laboratory, including shelf-life testing.
Compile, update and maintain the departmental Quality & Due Diligence system.
Updating and checking integrity of quality management data and reporting thereof.
General administration as may be required by the Technologists and Technical Manager.
