Technical Business Analyst - Umhlanga at Rewardsco

A Technical Business Analyst defines project requirements in line with Business and Enterprise Technical needs, designing and recommending innovative Agile solutions that deliver value to stakeholders, creating operational effectiveness and excellence in the business against the organizational strategy.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Draft and manage relevant and detailed Business Requirement Specifications and applicable User-Stories defining business requirements and possible solutions with clearly defined principles, processes and implementation practices
• Research and analyze business requirements for best practice or best (business model) fit
• Co-champion agile delivery methods and adoption on minimum viable product with continuous improvement
• Take the lead in onboarding of new technologies and processes, liaising with other units to manage dependencies and risks
• Drive and Manage testing (User Acceptance Testing) for developed solutions
• Develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships:

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, or related qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Technical BA role
• Minimum of 3-5 years professional work experience in consulting for Business/IT transformation or in comparable responsibility
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the application of Agile principles and frameworks; Scrum and Kanban methodology
• Has worked in a project environment with responsibility to drive deliverables in a timely manner
