Technical Coordinator at CAP Security

• Booking and managing work orders for the technical team. (Including but not limited to: services calls, transmitter installations, transfer of contracts, transmitter removals and alarm installations)
• Managing all client relations regarding technical work orders
• Stock allocation to technicians
• Client satisfaction survey within 24 hours of work completion
• Monitoring of technical teams and employees (Including but not limited to: placing on test, ensuring appointments are timeously kept, arranging stock for work orders)
• Client billing and invoice creation for completed work orders
• Matric qualification
• Good computer and MS Office skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to use own initiative
• Ability to interact and work in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to handle a high pressured and deadline driven environment
• Thrives in an environment with high demands, meeting deadlines and targets
• Consistent, dependable and efficient
• Accountable and takes ownership of projects
• Must have knowledge in technical products
• Must have previous experience on Listener
• Experience on Freshdesk and GeoOp is advantages
