    Technical Integrations Manager

    Focus on transforming internal technical systems & products into a highly integrated, optimized, and best-in-class platform

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field - Degree
    • Sound understanding of system architecture and technology standards
    • Previous experience in a Technical Product Manager/Product Owner role
    • Previous experience working with Point of Sales systems
    • Strong stakeholder management experience
    • Strong applicable skills in UX principles and best practices
    • Strong understanding and experience working in Apps
    • Previous experience working with CMS
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
    • 5+ years experience in a senior role

    Role Specific requirements:

    • Relevant system architecting experience with a strong knowledge of Point of Sales hardware and software systems
    • Experience in systems innovation
    • Experience in consumer facing Apps
    • Experience in UX best practices and implementation
    • Experience in UI best practices and implementation
    • Experience in Servers, Databases and Enterprise Software
    • Applicable skill in working with CMS
    • Experience defining the system architecture and technology standards for enterprise integration across the organization
    • Understanding and appreciation of the software and product development lifecycle
    • Experience of working in agile development environments
    • Strong Technical Documentation skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with Tech to define the technical and architectural roadmap for system
    • Partner with Technical Leads to ensure project requirements are mapped and supplied
    • Work with internal business teams to create best UI/UX for consumer
    • Align to our strategy and requirements - manage the delivery of this roadmap accordingly
    • Articulate a vision and roadmap for how Internal systems should evolve and grow in order to provide greater levels of efficiency and automation across our staff
    • Work with key stakeholders across teams in order to manage existing systems and to drive further innovation and improvement
    • Analyse which systems are used, how they integrate and how they deliver an effective service delivery
    • Managing the change associated with system improvements
    • Facilitate and lead meetings and demonstrations at all levels including executive management
    • Provide a vision for how the Internal applications can be used to help support internal teams in their day to day roles
    • Facilitate discussions surrounding prioritization of requirements
    • Serve as a liaison between end users and software development teams, including functioning as a SME in translating requirements to software development teams
    • Collaborate and co-ordinate with business operations and project teams to identify and resolve issues
    • Drive the learning and knowledge growth of the team through assessing new technologies, identifying training opportunities, hosting training and sharing your knowledge and expertise with others
    • Regular communication with business on project progress
