Job description

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Tech Lead to join and help lead our expanding team. As one of the lead devs, you will work with a team of lead designers, analysts, and developers, building out progressive, user-friendly, web apps.

You will be implementing engineering solutions and ensuring your team delivers on product roadmaps. The health and operation of the dev team will be your responsibility which makes your role crucial for the success of our business.

An ideal candidate would have:

• 5+ years of experience as a developer
• Extensive exposure to a variety of technologies
• A habit of keeping up to date with developments in the tech industry
• Experience developing web & mobile apps
• Experience with Angular, React or Vue
• Experience with Relational & Non-Relational Backend Architecture
• Experience with Cloud Architecture, Containerisation (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with DevSecOps
• Great leadership, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
