Develop and service the allocated territory and customer portfolio, e.g achieving territory budget targets and growth expectations
Provide on-site technical advice on surface preparation, system selection, and application methods.
Assist and drive specification of our systems based on client requirements with the influencers i.e. Architects, Engineers, QS, etc.
Implement sales strategies for the territory and sales channels/segments
Proactively seek new business opportunities and identify new needs and wants in the marketplace, while maintaining existing customers.
The submission weekly reports (CRM) and CPD events to be done with the relevant professional teams on our product offerings.
Manage customer expectations on lead times and product availability while
Facilitate all customer product quality complaints and technical support service.
Is this job for you ?
The ideal candidate must have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction environment, technical selling/ site management experience, valid drivers license with a Diploma in QS, Architectural, Construction Management . Preference will be given to candidates with construction environment experience. Good planning and communication skills with the Ability to read and understand technical drawings will set you apart. The successful candidate will be travel and needs to be physically able and fit to go to Construction sites independently and handle products and related application tools on site and be adhere to safety at all times.
