As the Technical Sales Manager Exports; you will manage, develop, grow and secure the PGP Hard goods business for Afrox and ensuring value added for these customers by owning and managing their relationships
Regularly reviewing customer base to identify and capitalise on potential business opportunities, major customer visits are required on a regular basis and developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans locally to put forward to these customers timely
You will work with cross functional teams to ensure customer requirements and SLA’s are met, for example MPG Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Exports Administration, Legal and Finance
Ownership and resolution of customer issues related to technical, commercial and supply chain issues and developing marketing strategies per African Region aligned with overall PGP Hard goods strategy
Investigating and developing potential new markets in RAF, negotiating technical specifications to bridge the gap between client expectations and AWC technical capabilities
Part of your duties will include guiding projects teams for successful delivery, ensuring alignment with the agreed strategic solution and direction and actively participate in customer conversion processes including onsite demos and problem resolution
What makes you great
You possess a commercial degree in Sales or Marketing, and you have already gained 6 - 10 years relevant experience in gas industry, product management and commercial experience including technical background
You have good customer relations experience and sales and/or marketing experience are essential
