Provide technical support for telematics systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, oversee installations and commissioning, and support customers with technical queries and system performance.
Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 – essential
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation or related field
5–10 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years in automotive or telematics
Strong knowledge of automotive electronic/electrical systems and vehicle CAN protocols
Hands-on CAN message capture and analysis experience
Proven experience troubleshooting commercial vehicle electronic systems
Telematics, T-BOX, dash cam or automotive electronics experience – advantageous
Strong technical problem-solving and customer service skills
