    Technical Software Support Consultant

    Minimum Requirements    

    Technical skills:

    • Animal lover…specifically penguins and elephants | You are a Linux maestro and a PostgreSQL sorcerer – someone who can dance through the    terminal like a penguin on hot coals and wield PostgreSQL like it's their favorite magic wand. 
    • Race car engineering | Nginx skills – you are someone who can weave through web servers like a ninja in a server room ballet
    • Magic Spell Caster | SQL (MS & Posgres) wizard – you can summon data faster than you can say 'SELECT * FROM Hogwarts
    • Detective skills | You are a Sherlock in the world of IT glitches – if you can solve tech mysteries faster than Watson can say 
    • Elementary, my dear coder,' you might be the detective we need
    • Qlik backstage pass holder | You are the Gandalf of data realms – not only can you navigate the Qlik backstage with wizardry but make sure the data doesn't get lost on its way to Mordor
    • Spider Man senses | IIS Web Server experience - someone who can charm web servers into smooth performances
    • Cloud Whisperer | Navigating the digital skies and taming the stormy servers up there
    • 5+ Years relevant working experience
    • Excellent and professional communication skills
    • Some form of experience, or passion for, working within a client-centric environment
    • Self driven and willingness to work in a hybrid home-office setup

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Delight clients with efficient, reliable, professional and friendly technical support    
    • Constantly assess priorities of incidents and ensure SLAs are consistently met    
    • Support hosted services, solutions and associated ICT infrastructure
    • Deploy, monitor, optimise and manage hosted services and solutions
    • Effectively and efficiently troubleshoot and solve a variety of incidents 
    • Communicate, communicate, communicate
    • Lastly, things will go wrong. When it does, own the problem, constructively drive problem solving and ensure execution on the plan
