Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced ASP Mentor to lead and guide junior team members in our Application Service Provider (ASP) division. This role involves providing technical mentorship, coaching, and training on application services, ensuring the team meets operational standards while fostering continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentorship & Training: Guide junior team members, provide training, and ensure successful onboarding.
• Technical Support: Offer daily technical support, troubleshooting, and expert advice.
• Process Optimization: Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and enhance operational workflows.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaboration: Promote teamwork and collaborate with other departments.
• Knowledge Transfer: Keep team updated on new technologies and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality service delivery through regular checks.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation, CCNA, MCSE, or similar (Project Management certs a plus).
• Experience: 4-5 years in ASP roles, cloud platforms, and software deployment.
• Skills: Strong technical, coaching, and communication skills.
