Technician - Building Civils at AECOM

Job Description

The Technician performs technical tasks in the Civil engineering production field.

Technical Excellence:

• Assist with preparation of general infrastructure designs, bills of quantities, contract documentation and tender evaluation, administration of construction contracts and ad-hoc site supervision.
• Project execution and to ensure that projects are undertaken to a quality management system, to high technical standards, within budget and programme.
• Advancement of Program knowledge in Revit, BIM and C3D
• Support the project team on programs i.e. C3D, Revit and other platforms.
• Uses computer software as a tool for solving fundamental engineering problems.
• Not limiting to C3D or Revit but also advance knowledge in Excel, Word, EPANET and SWMM

• Support work, related to projects in the department, as directed by the Team Leader.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Engineering or similar
• Registered as a Candidate Technician with ECSA
• 4+ Years' experience within the built environment after obtainment of Qualification
