    Technician: Centralized Specialist

    The purpose of the job is to deliver remote and onsite services to a specific customer and ensure SLA and standards are kept. To ensure that the customer has 99% uptime in terms of real time communication, store operation and medical aid claims.

    Qualification Grade 12 (NQF level 4)

    Experience

    • At least 1 to 5 years relevant working experience
    • Comptia A+ , N+, or relevant working experience
    • 1 – 3 Years Linux experience. Use variations of Red-hat, CentOS distributions.
    • 3+ Years of Unisolv experience
    • Understanding (Desktop operating systems MS Windows 98,XP,Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10)
