Technician: Centralized Specialist
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors
- Experience 1 - 5 years
- Location Western Cape
- Job Field ICT / Computer
The purpose of the job is to deliver remote and onsite services to a specific customer and ensure SLA and standards are kept. To ensure that the customer has 99% uptime in terms of real time communication, store operation and medical aid claims.

Qualification Grade 12 (NQF level 4)

Experience
- At least 1 to 5 years relevant working experience
- Comptia A+ , N+, or relevant working experience
- 1 – 3 Years Linux experience. Use variations of Red-hat, CentOS distributions.
- 3+ Years of Unisolv experience
- Understanding (Desktop operating systems MS Windows 98,XP,Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10)
