The purpose of this job is to manage the stock in the Distribution Centre. This includes the distribution and maintaining of Min stock levels and communication with the various stakeholders.
Required Certification/Professional Registration None
Qualification Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
Experience 3 years’ + experience in stock management with ICT related stock
Working knowledge of MS Office, Navision, Simplicity & Wave
The purpose of the job is to deliver remote and onsite services to a specific customer and ensure SLA and standards are kept. To ensure that the customer has 99% uptime in terms of real time communication, store operation and medical aid claims.

The Regional On-Site manager remains accountable for on-site support services within his/her respective area and needs to ensure operational management and execution of associated services is managed in an effective and efficient manner and in doing so ensure optimal service delivery standards of stated business objectives per governing contractual obligations are delivered.

To supervise the Customer First Centre (CFC) operations to enhance service excellence towards customers, in accordance with contractual obligations as per the service level agreements.
