About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
• You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, with a commitment to excellence in automotive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify mechanical issues and system failures.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems, ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, including parts used and time taken.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide customers with detailed explanations of vehicle issues and recommended repairs.
• Stay updated on new automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous training and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working in the service environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer concerns and answering questions related to vehicle services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE, OEM-specific training) preferred.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing issues and performing repairs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive software and systems for diagnostics and repair.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the automotive industry.
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of automotive repair are advantageous.
