Technology Delivery Manager at Praesignis

Role Purpose

• We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Manager, commercially minded professional to lead the analysis, design and delivery of digital and process-driven solutions that support and optimise business operations.
• The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology, responsible for understanding business processes, translating requirements into delivery plans and managing a team of Developers and delivery resources to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Process Analysis

• Analyse and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and strategic objectives.
• Define and prioritise initiatives that support business improvement and digital enablement.

Delivery & Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of Developers and delivery resources.
• Plan, prioritise and allocate work across the development team.
• Monitor delivery progress, quality and performance against agreed timelines.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance management to team members.

Stakeholder & Solution Management

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear delivery objectives and work packages.
• Ensure solutions are aligned to business goals and operational requirements.

Governance & Execution

• Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, governance and change control are in place.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement or digital delivery roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team of Developers or technical delivery resources.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems-enabled change.
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership capability.
