    Telecoms Business Support Specialist

    Position Summary:

    The main purpose of this position is to enable close liaison with stakeholders to ensure that high-quality service is provided. Provide onsite operations and financial management support.

    What are we looking for? A must have!!!

    Education:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial.

    Experience

    • 3-5 Years’ experience within the Telecommunications Industry.
    • Relevant Financial Management experience

    Other:

    • Excellent Communicator
    • Highly professional and articulate
       

    Key Responsibilities (KPA's)

    • Baseline Management
    • Keep an accurate account of all Sim's, handsets and respective user lists.
    • Keep an accurate account of all Telecom Infrastructure and Site or branch list.
    • Financial Management
    • Operations Management
    • IMACD's - Installations, Moves, Additions, Cancellations, Deletions
    • Fault Management and System Administration
    • Documentation and configuration management database
    • Service Delivery Management
    • Vendor contract management
    • Capacity and Compliance Management
    • Configuration, Performance and capacity reviews
    • Continuous Service Improvement

    Projects

    • Preliminary feasibility study, scope and execution
    • Value Added Services
    • Management Information and Reporting
    • OneView Telecommunications Lifecycle Management
