Telefundraiser - Cape Town (Fixed Term) at Democratic Alliance

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Facilitating fundraising calls aimed at re-engaging former donors, as well as prospective donors
• Administering all follow up processes arising from fundraising calls
• Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent 
• 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer services environment
• Experience in database capturing and administration or fundraising
• Experience using CRM and/or similar databases
• Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite

• Time management and organisation
• Administration and attention to detail
