An established property business is seeking a confident and target-driven Telesales Agent to contact prospective property sellers, generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for Estate Agents. The successful candidate will be comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls, engaging property owners and converting initial interest into confirmed appointments.
R6 000 per Month + Commission
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum of three years’ telesales, outbound sales, lead-generation or appointment-setting experience
Proven ability to generate leads and secure appointments
Strong telephone communication skills
Confident, persuasive and professional telephone manner
Good objection-handling and negotiation skills
Target-driven and motivated by commission
Strong follow-up and administrative skills
Computer literate
Able to work with a CRM system or lead database
Property or real-estate experience would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective property sellers through outbound calls
Identify property owners who may be interested in selling
Introduce the company and explain its property-sales services
Qualify prospective sellers according to agreed criteria
Arrange appointments between property owners and Estate Agents
Confirm appointments and provide agents with accurate lead information
Follow up with prospective sellers who are not immediately ready to proceed
Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads and appointments
Update the CRM or lead-management system
Work closely with Estate Agents to improve lead quality
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and appointment targets
Provide professional and efficient customer service
