    Telesales and Sales Support

    Description

    • Engage with prospects and customers to grow sales.
    • Addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues.
    • Identify and qualifies potential sales leads.
    • Accurately prepare sales reports.
    • Maintain and update customer information.
    • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
    • Assist with processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the product managers issues with product availability.
    • Report potential leads and opportunities.
    • Provide technical support for customers and any troubleshooting issues.
    • Support ongoing training initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and warehouse to ensure seamless operations.
    • Provide general support to the sales team, helping with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 certificate
    • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 will be advantageous
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Word, Excel
    • Target driven: Exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
    • Proficiency in technical nature of the products.
    • Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
    • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
