About the Role

• HYPA Fibre is looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist – Outbound to join our growing sales team. You will contact potential customers to promote and sell our high-speed fibre internet solutions. This role focuses on driving new customer acquisitions, understanding client needs, and closing sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into completed orders.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote HYPA Fibre services.
• Clearly explain product benefits and pricing options.
• Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales.
• Handle customer queries on orders and pre-installation processes.
• Maintain accurate sales records and call outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and conversion rates.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound telesales or direct sales.
• Proven sales record and a self-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in handling objections and closing sales.
• Computer literate with experience using Outlook and CRM systems.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient, target-focused, and a good team player.
