Job Purpose
- Reporting to the Production Foreman, the incumbent will be required to operate the cut-size work centre in accordance to the standard time efficiency and material efficiency targets.
Education
- Matric (Maths and Physical Science) / NTC3 OR
- ABZ basic (desirable)
Job Experience
- At least 1 year manufacturing experience or
- Qualified Production Learner
Key Performance Areas
- Complies with SHE rules and Regulations
- Adheres to 5S Housekeeping protocol
- Ensures compliance to ISO 9002 QMS and the Finishing Quality Network
- Complies with Waste / Cost Reduction program
- Reports accurately on shift operational performance
Job Competencies/ Attributes/Skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player
- Basic computer literacy
