Working in Bryanston you will be a single point of contact and provide advice, guidance and resolution to customer calls in terms of Nestle Application Systems. To facilitate the restoration of appropriate services to the Customer in a timely fashion. Responsible in ZAR market for Workflow resolution relating to AP.

A day in the life of...

A Service Desk Analyst

• Respond to User enquiry professionally
• Log all problems to the Service Centre - 2.1. Outage communication, 2.2. QA Report, 2.3. Call stats report, 2.4. SEAR Daily report, 2.5. Ad Hoc reporting (ticket searches)
• Resolve problems “online “where possible (80%)
• Assist users in effective use of Desktop
• Log calls with external Service Providers and GROUP Service Desk
• Change Passwords (W2K and RF Scanner Passwords)
• Consult with users on day to day issues
• Train Site Administrators
• Assist Learners with tools and training materials
• Completion of KT from User Admin

What Will Make You Successful

• Grade 12/Matric with a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) A+, N+, MCSA) or completed IT Tertiary qualification
• 1-2 years Customer Service environment/IT Helpdesk experience
