PBT Group is seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying issues and ensuring the seamless performance of our investment and life product solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Creating, executing, and documenting comprehensive test plans, scripts, and reports.
• Conducting detailed testing of migration projects to ensure smooth transitions.
• Designing and implementing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, cases, and scripts with precision.
• Utilizing your expertise in SQL and databases to investigate complex testing scenarios.
• Applying Agile methodologies and leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr to keep projects on track.
• Using your knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of software testing experience, with a proven ability to solve complex problems for customers.
• A relevant degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Investment Management, or Business Management.
• ISTQB/ISEB certification is a plus.
• Proficient in creating test documentation, planning, and reporting.
• Strong technical expertise, particularly in databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common testing tools.
• Expertise in testing processes, UAT creation, and SDLC methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of investment and life products at a subject matter expert level.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations for investment platform providers.
• Prior experience with investment administration processes and migration projects.
