Total Rewards – Benefits
- Benefits Administration: Administer and communicate employee benefits at various levels.
- Program Maintenance: Maintain and assist in the development of the benefits program.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all benefits are compliant with legal standards.
- Wellness Initiatives: Manage wellness programs.
- Communication: Must be able to explain complex benefits clearly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Benefits Management.
- Certifications: Relevant HR certifications.
- Experience: Experience in HR and benefits management within a matrixed IT organization.
