    Trade Marketing Analyst

    PURPOSE OF POSITION 

    • The Trade Marketing Analyst will provide analytical expertise, data insights and project management support to inform decision-making across multiple strategic areas.
    • This role involves working closely with the Trade Marketing and Channel Marketing team, as well as other cross-functional teams to optimize collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
    • The Trade Marketing Analyst will assist in all Trade Marketing and Channel Marketing ROI and KPI measurements and tracking to support data-driven decisions for channel marketing campaigns. 
    • Project management support is required for strategic initiatives led by the Integrated Commercial Lead, as well as HWOW and ICP processes. 

    KEY RESULT AREAS 

    Category, Portfolio & Brand Analysis

    • Provide detailed campaign performance analysis and reporting to support category, portfolio, and brand strategies.
    • Track ROI and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns and programs, ensuring alignment with objectives and budget allocations.

    Annual Planning & Reporting

    • Support the administration of HWOW/ ICP for the annual planning process.
    • Monitor and track KPIs to ensure successful execution of plans.
    • Analyse and report on the performance of TM campaigns, driving continuous improvement in the market.

    Project Management

    • Be able to support the project management lead with multiple large scale strategic projects.
    • Assist in the facilitation of project management workshop by providing support through scheduling workshops, setting agendas and leading key communication to stakeholders.
    • Assist in setting up change management communication through managing different methods of change management communications, i.e. Townhalls, Emails etc.
    • Assist in project budgeting, tracking and risk logging. 

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

    • Diploma in Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration.
    • Diploma in Project Management.

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES 

    • 3 to 5 Years’ experience in a similar analytics role.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams (sales, marketing, finance).
    • Proven ability to drive ROI and KPIs and improve execution through data-driven decisions.
    • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of project support.
    • Innovative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
