Trainee Farm Manager - Broilers East Rand at Astral Foods Ltd

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Management of Individual broiler farms.
• Achieving broiler farm standards.
• Relieving the Broiler Farm Manager .
• Managing staff, Production, Maintenance and Health & Safety.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• Relevant Degree/Diploma in Agriculture will be an advantage.
• The candidate must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
• Computer knowledge and will be an added advantage.
• The candidate must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail.
• It is essential that the Candidate have a passion for implementing 20 keys.
• Ability to work weekends and public holiday is a must.
