Trainee Farm Manager Glenhill at Astral Foods Ltd

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Development in all aspects of management of a Rearing and Laying Farms.
• Achieving Breeder Farm standards.
• Relief Breeder Farm Managers.
• Managing staff on the farm.
• Audit and control of farm biosecurity.
• Daily training of employees.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• B.Sc. Agric Degree or Diploma in Agriculture.
• He / She must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
• Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• The candidate must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail.
• It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing 20 keys.
• Must be able to work weekends and public holiday
