Job description

Call Centre / Client interfacing
- Assist Applicants with the completion of the NEF enquiry forms (Data sheet)
- Working together with the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition and NEF Funds on information required by the NEF
- Advise on the way forward on preparing for the application consideration
- Correspondence handling on applications received via NEF central inbox system
Screening and verification of documents
- Screening of new applications enquiries using the NEF Checklist
- Ensuring that key documents are submitted
- Application Form (duly completed and signed by applicant)
Minimum requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
Experience/Skills required
- Proficiency in Ms Office Suite i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Research analysis on the NEF
- Proficient in at least 2 official SA languages
