Training Advisor at Immersive Technologies

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supply professional services including training, coaching, training systems integration and curriculum development.
• Maintain customer learning curriculum and associated records and regular reporting.
• Manage cross functional continuous improvement projects.
• Intermittent site travel to conduct training, coaching (for onsite trainers) and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Conduct training needs analysis using customer data – to identify areas of improvement.
