Training Coordinator

- Experience 5 years
- Location Northern Cape
- City Kimberley
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Development.
- Certificate in Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Qualification.
- Knowledge and understanding of SETA and OFO Codes
- Previously worked with AgriSETA and or FoodBev will be added advantage.
- At least 5 years’ experience working as a Training Coordinator or SDF
- Good Knowledge and Understanding of Skills Development Acts (SDA, SLA, B-BBEE, EEA)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and organize training programmes and projects.
- Computer literate (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAGE 300 Training Module.
- Must have own transport.
