JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Training Officer, the Training Officer will be responsible for equipping staff with the necessary knowledge, practical skills, and motivation to perform their work tasks effectively. This role involves participating in continuous improvement initiatives and related projects to enhance the efficiency of the Training & Development Department and the overall workforce of the company.
