    Transition Project Manager

    About

    Are you a resilient, self-starter, who uses initiative to make confident decisions? Can you identify, execute, produce and handover complex business transition projects that deliver significant, tangible business results under pressure? We are looking for a Change and Transition Project Manager to take responsibility for readiness, delivery and handover of strategic business transition projects and change programmes.

    You will provide operational insight on impacts, risks, costs and opportunities on new concepts, initiatives and business change, using persuasive skills to ensure successful project completion and operational readiness that will deliver the best customer and agent experience for the business. Managing multiple work streams as well as ensuring key controls and tracking are in place you will ensure change is implemented effectively.     Responsibilities

    • Ensuring project scope and success criteria are clearly defined and agreed across the key stakeholder groups to meet the intended outputs and value of the projects or programmes
    • Delivering transition and change projects in line with agreed scope, objectives and timelines
    • Producing and maintaining detailed project plans presenting clarity over key activities
    • Leading and coordinating the activity of the project team, work stream leaders and subject matter experts
    • Identifying and translating opportunities as they arise into projects and programmes
    • Ensuring an effective engagement and communication plan is established and is appropriate to update and inform key stakeholders with project information and insights
    • Identifying and managing mitigation for project risks and issues and ensuring completion of these actions
    • Ensuring end-to-end project integrity is upheld throughout the lifecycle of the project, supporting impact analysis, risk and control as well as improvement opportunities
    • Compiling and maintaining project documentation and reporting for key stakeholders and to summarise status, key trends, issues and areas of improvement
    • Championing project management and agile methodology; adopting Webhelp PMO methods and standards as well as sharing best practice across campaigns and locations
    • Building an effective working relationship with the UK Customer Solutions Team and support functions across the business
    • Setting up and managing CAPEX investment budgets and costs associated with the delivery of projects

    Requirements

    • Matric
    • Project management skills or qualification – (e.g. Prince 2, PMBok, PMI)
    • Tertiary qualification in a related field (Advantageous)
    • Experience in leading complex change projects and/or delivering new client transitions or ramping existing business
    • Proven track record of project management and evidenced delivery that adds value to a business
    • Cross-functional team working is key, with the ability to connect and work with multiple teams across geographies
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent planning, organisational, presentation, time management and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Experience of building good working relationships
    • Clear criminal, credit and disciplinary records
