Are you a resilient, self-starter, who uses initiative to make confident decisions? Can you identify, execute, produce and handover complex business transition projects that deliver significant, tangible business results under pressure? We are looking for a Change and Transition Project Manager to take responsibility for readiness, delivery and handover of strategic business transition projects and change programmes.
You will provide operational insight on impacts, risks, costs and opportunities on new concepts, initiatives and business change, using persuasive skills to ensure successful project completion and operational readiness that will deliver the best customer and agent experience for the business. Managing multiple work streams as well as ensuring key controls and tracking are in place you will ensure change is implemented effectively.
