What you’ll have done before

Baseline:

• NQF Level 6 (National Diploma: Transport & Logistics
• At least 5 years Transport Compliance related experience with five of these linked to Safety Systems implementation and monitoring, BTO training and coaching & HSEQ auditsdegree preferred or equivalent 10 years work experience.Exceptional Driver Training skillsDeep knowledge of SMITH system and Transport.Experience working with drivers, depots staff and transport contractors

Advantageous:

• Post-graduate qualification in Transport & Logistics.Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguityDemonstrated ability to travel.Advanced training and coaching skill or desire to acquire same
